Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of esto.network (the "Site"), operated by Esto Networks Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms govern the Site only. The supply of any service is governed by a separate written agreement (see §4).

2. Definitions

• "Services" — the wholesale products described on the Site: Connectivity, IPTV-as-a-service, Peering & Colocation, and NOC Services.
• "RFQ" — a request for quote submitted through the Site.
• "MSA" / "SOW" — the master service agreement and statement of work that, together, form the contract for any Service.
• "you" — the operator, business, or person using the Site.

3. The site & scope

The Site is an informational, business-to-business property for network operators and partners. It is not a retail service; home internet and IPTV-to-subscribers are offered separately at esto.in.

Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, a price commitment, or a guarantee of availability. Product descriptions, coverage, and specifications are provided for information and are subject to the contract (see §7).

4. RFQs & contracting

Submitting an RFQ starts a commercial conversation; it does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or bind either party. A binding relationship arises only when Esto and you execute an MSA and SOW, at which point that agreement — not these Terms — governs the Service, including pricing, SLAs, and liability.

You agree that information you submit in an RFQ is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of your organisation.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site — including attempting to breach its security, scraping at a rate that degrades it, probing infrastructure without authorisation, or submitting unlawful, infringing, or malicious content through any form.

Use of the Services themselves is additionally governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of the contract for any Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, the Esto name, the concentric-ring mark, the wordmark, and the tagline "Connected. Everywhere." are the property of Esto Networks Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

Third-party names and marks shown on the Site — including those of exchanges, content networks, broadcasters, and facilities — are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. Their appearance does not imply endorsement beyond the relationship described.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's content, accuracy, or availability.

Specifications are indicative. Port speeds, prefix and ASN counts, latencies, capacities, and SLA figures shown on the Site describe standard offerings and move with the network. The figures that apply to you are those confirmed in your RFQ response and set out in the contract.

8. Liability & indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esto is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Liability arising from any Service is governed exclusively by the MSA and SOW for that Service.

You agree to indemnify Esto against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution clause in an executed MSA, the courts at Mohali / Chandigarh, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Site.

10. Changes & contact

We may revise these Terms; the effective and last-updated dates reflect the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
