1. Who we are & scope

Esto Networks Pvt Ltd ("Esto", "we", "us") operates esto.network, the wholesale / carrier property for our transit, IPTV, peering, colocation, and NOC services. We are the data fiduciary for personal data processed through this site.

This policy covers esto.network only. Our retail services — home internet and IPTV-to-subscribers — are operated separately at esto.in under that property's own privacy notice. Data you submit to a downstream operator that white-labels our NOC is handled under that operator's notice, not this one.

2. Information we collect

This is a business-to-business site. We collect the minimum needed to respond to enquiries and run the property.

• RFQ & contact — Company, contact name, business email, phone, WhatsApp preference, product interest, capacity, locations, timeline, existing provider, and any notes or RFP attachment you submit.
• Technical — Server logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps, and requested URLs), retained for security and diagnostics.
• Analytics — Aggregate, cookie-free usage metrics via a privacy-preserving analytics tool. No cross-site tracking, no advertising identifiers.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data through this site, and ask that you not include it in free-text fields or attachments.

3. How we use it

• Respond to your request — to prepare a quote, answer a question, or route you to the right team.
• Deliver and support services where you become a customer, including provisioning and NOC operations.
• Operate and secure the site — diagnostics, abuse prevention, and integrity of the property.
• Meet legal and licence obligations as an Indian ISP and MSO.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not sell personal data.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where you submit an RFQ or contact us, processing rests on your consent and on the legitimate purpose of responding to a business enquiry. Where you are a customer, processing rests on performance of our agreement and on our legal obligations as a licensed operator.

5. Sharing & disclosure

We share personal data only where necessary:

• Service providers who process on our behalf — hosting, email delivery, and analytics — under contract and only for the purposes we set.
• Legal and regulatory disclosure where required by law, licence conditions, or a lawful order from a competent authority.
• Corporate transfers in the event of a reorganisation, subject to this policy.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

6. Retention

RFQ and contact records are retained for as long as needed to progress the enquiry and, if you become a customer, for the life of the relationship plus any period required by law. Server logs are retained on a rolling short-term basis for security and diagnostics. Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to an identifiable person.

7. Your rights & grievances

Subject to the DPDP Act, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent. To exercise a right, or to raise a grievance, contact our Grievance Officer below. We will respond within the timelines the Act requires.

8. Security, cookies & changes Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but access to RFQ records is restricted to staff who need it.

The site uses a strictly-necessary cookie to remember your theme preference. Analytics are cookie-free. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We may update this policy; the effective and last-updated dates reflect the current version. Material changes will be posted here.
